Heh, im fifteen, my height is 5,6 and I weigh 106 LB. I realize that according to my BMI, im at the 17th percentile, but when I look down, I have enough stomach to grab. Also, when I look in the mirror, it seems my butt looks big. I dont know if that's angles or what... My dad says it's all just skin, but I cant be sure and it really bothers me. To me I look hugely unnatractive (Only my parents told me I look okay, but theyre my parents!!! Ive never really asked anyone else...) Does anyone else have this problem, and if so, do you know what the crap it really is? (I mean is it skin or fat?) Still, most of my friends are guys, and they dont seem repulsed by me at all... o.0

I'd consider maybe going to a counselor. You definitly have a distorted body image. Don't wait until it gets out of hand, this is how eating disorders can start.

Perhaps you might want to put some muscle on. YOU ARE NOT FAT. Trust me, at your weight, that would be impossible. The only thing you may need to do is add a little tone if you're interested. It's natural to be able to grab a bit. Unless you have really tight skin, it will be that way. I can grab quite a bit on my belly, probably about an inch and a half off of where it normally rests, when I'm sitting down, yet I have a moderate 6 pack showing when I stand (better now than it is in that pic, which is one reason why I want to replace it with a newer one, but that's another unrelated topic).All you need is some confidence. I'm sure you look great, you just need to improve your outlook. You sound too self-concious and maybe a little depressed. Trust me when I say that no one will think you are fat. You are the only one thinking that. You may even want to put on some weight, although maybe your weight is natural for your body.

Easy way to work out if you are fat or not.Stand in front of a mirror and jump up and down, if it wobbles, its fat. If it doesn't wobble you are not fat. But if you want to tone up a little bit, do lots of sit-ups and buy some weights. Lots of repetitions on a weight you can lift. Remember our best critics our ourselves. wow let me tell you i don't consider that being fat my girl is 5'2 and weighs in at about 108 lbs. your good in size trust me my girl isn't fat to me at all. if your butt looks big thats a good thing trust guys like something that they can grab so don't worry about it we ain't all got six packs. Just keep your weight regurlaly to maintain it and you'll be fine.

Dude my muscles wobble when I do that and I have a real low body fat percentage.Maybe you just need toning in your body which can happen with some calisthentic exercises.

I have enough skin on my stomach to grab! Dont fret about it, you have to have skin, otherwise it would rip! Just enjoy your body shape, as long as you are eating healthily its fine! Also try and use clothes to show off your best bits and draw the eye away from parts you dont like! x

Well i don't think that skin is going to go away unless you cut it off surgically. I think you need to go see a doctor, it sounds like you have body dysmorphic disorder (distorted body image)by far you're not fat. anyway, your friends don't need to tell you you're skinny. i doubt you go around to all your tall friends and tell them that they're tall.

Your ok. I work by this rule of thumb. If your sitting and you have a slight stomach overhang its perfectly fine. When you are standing, if your stomach is over hanging you should try and lose some weight, if not, you are fine.Go with the above advise, turn fat - muscle, it will make you feel better about yourself, but will put your weight up, as fat weights more than muscle.You are not fat!

You cannot turn fat into muscle. You can lose fat, and you can bulk up muscle, but you cannot turn one into the other.
