ok. so i have an issue... i was a dishwasher at a resturant. I recently got promoted to cook. now that i am a cook i am more open and joke around more at work. I have noticed that some of the waitresses are talking to me more. I think that one of them likes me and want to ask her out, but! There is a problem. I want to no how to do it because i have to work with her everyday and it could get ackward. Also she is one year older then me, she is popular, likes to party and me. I am not popular, and i never get invited or know where the parties are... So any help would be appreciated!

help anyone? i no it hasn't been a long time but i really want to no wat to do so i can ask her out!

If it's going to interfere with your work, then I wouldn't go for it unless you REALLY like this girl. I try not to get involved with people I work with no matter how much I like them, but that's just me.

Why not just tag along with her?

Yeah i'm in the same boat as you at the moment.I too work with this girl who i would love to go out with. But working with her does make things complicated believe me.If I knew she liked me then I would not hesitate in asking her but it's that "i'm not sure" factor. There is nothing worse than laying your feelings on the line and her not feeling the same. Then after the dust settles still having to work with her.A few years ago I told this girl who I worked with how i felt about her.She didn't feel the same way and our working relationship which to that point was 5 years didn't last more than a month. This is why i'm a little hesitant at the moment. As mch as I want to say something to her I am not confident in it turning out well.

You could ask her out casually to the cinema or something, just see how that progresess and try to guage how she feels. Don't be too full on just in case she doesn't feel the same, so keep it on a friendly-ish level to start. Yes, if it doesn't work out your work relationship could suffer, but not neccessarily, I went out with this guy that I work with for a few months and luckily enough, we have managed to stay good friends.
