I live in a condo, so downstairs there is a gym. I have free access to it, but i go down with my friend. Now im 15 turning 16 soon. And i can only lift a max of 150 pounds on those mechanical bench presses. My friend though can lift max of 220, we are the same age. Am i weak for my age, average, im kinda getting self conscious now, so i would like an answer lol :grin:

I'm 17 and I can bench approximately the same as you. I have numerous friends 16-18 who fall between about 90 lbs and one who can do 350 pounds. Granted, the guy who can do 350 pounds works out regularily, but he has a naturally large build. He tried shotput for the first time this year in track and beat the nearest guy in our division of the city by about 4.5m.

Alright cool. I was just wondering if i was weak for my age, average, etc. But i take it im average, dunno if thats good lol. But im happy.
