so im not exactly an avid veggie eater, but i've decided to start eating more for health. problem is, it really doesnt seem to go well for me. for the past 2 days my stools have been like dark green colored. and i know this is from the veggies i've been eating, seeming it only occurs when i eat salad/veggies. whats going on? is this a sign of a digestion problem? or does eating large amounts of veggies affect the color of your stool like this? thanks for any info!
