Hi, well i'm well into my teenage years now (i'm 16), and I am starting to develop a bit of a gut. A main reason is because well, I have poor eating habits. I eat a lot of junk food. I sometimes also do stupid things such as eat when I'm bored and not when I'm hungry. I am going to try and break these bad habits and try to eliminate all this crap from my eating habits. Now don't get me wrong, it's not like I'm a couch potato, I play lots of sports (mainly basketball and tennis) every day. But for some reason I still have a gut. I don't want to go to a gym really since memberships cost a fair bit of money. I also don't have any equipment at home other than a treadmill. I'm going to start running on it for 20 minutes every day, and probably start doing a certain amount of sit ups and push ups daily. But are there any other tips you guys can give me? After I lose my little bit of a gut, I'd like to go onto getting a six pack. So any tips for that are highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm in the same boat as you really. I just can't seem to lose the excess fat and such. One thing I really hate though is I have to change my entire diet and my lifestyle to look halfway decent. All my friends with 6 packs, however, eat and drink whatever they want, never have to exercise, and somehow manage to gain no fat.

I know! They eat all the crap they want and they're freakin ripped. Meanwhile, I have to eat halfway decent, workout a fair bit, and still not look as good. It's just annoying eh.
