okay, like i said, i bought weights, but im confused about a lot of stuff, like making a workout routine, how many days to work out, how much, how to increase muscle mass, what to eat, etc...can someone provide a link or something with this info? many thanks-akk
Getting started exercising
in response to that thing about the dumb bells, the maximum weight i can apply is more than i can do any real work with, so i dunno how fast ill run out of use for them.. so far i can do about 15 curls with each hand at the current weight im using, with the final weight on each dumb bell im limited to about 5 reps.anyway, my goals are, basically im skinny. my arms especially. i basically want bigger arms, in otherwords, more strength and a better look ( in a small t shirt, my arms do not fill out the sleeves completely, and i want them to ) i do not expect or want to get tremendously bigger, but i do want to be better toned (stomach and chest) and as ive said, have bigger arms. and once ive achieved that, i wanna maintain it. i have 8 weeks of summer vacation and i want to, by the end of it, suprise everyone when i come back to school. is this possible and if so how?
