Can anyone[Helms] help me set up a gym schedule? I can go 4x a week and do whatever, I prefer free weights. Is that possible?

It is interesting. People say "I need a gym schedule" but when the gym guy gave me mine I just threw it away. When I am at the gym I know I want to do some cardio, then move onto the weights. I just do whatever the hell I like. I don't need a timetable. If I don't feel like doing something that day I don't. This works for me. It could be because it doesn't give you any pressure by HAVING to do something.Just thought I would give you my meaningless contribution.Mr. Nuts
