I was talking about CuteNCrazy, but I don't think she's really pissed at you. Anyway, she gave you a cyber-hug, so all is forgiven.
> Whenever the subject was on me I would try and change it, I don't feel comfortable talking about myself at times, specially about my psyce.
That is a problem. I'm not trying to minimize your feelings in any way, but the way you feel is the way a lot of people feel. You counselor or school psychologist has surely seen it a lot. You don't have to worry about him or her evaluating you as a person. What do you have to lose by opening up?
All I can say is, I've met people with bad self-images, or who seemed to hate themselves, for no reason that was apparent from the outside, and almost certainly, no reason from within. Some were bullied, some were abused by parents or relatives, some couldn't meet standards that they thought they were obliged to meet, some...I don't even know why.
If you talk to some sort of counselor in person, and open up, what is there to lose? You sound like you're already quite unhappy, and you sound like you have a conscience. Maybe you have a chemical imbalance that can be addressed, or maybe you just need to understand certain things about yourself, or...? It's not easy for amateurs with no medical training who are at the end of an Internet connection to figure out what's going on. You are lucky to have in-person access to a trained person. You should really take advantage of it.
