Need imidiate help cant go to sleep!!!

I'm like that, with anything I'm worried about. All I can suggest is to read a good book in bed to help take your mind off it.

yeah but !!! this will be happenin this thursday and i kinna wanna be awake to do it and im not a big reader

If you're in bed and can't get to sleep, get up for a while, do something else, then go back to bed.Yopu should sleep well tomorrow night, because you'll be very tired.

You asked for advice to help you sleep, someone gave you some, and then you said you want to be awake for the kiss! I really don't get what you were trying to say there.Try taking a relaxing shower or bath before going to bed, make sure your room is a gfood temp and don't watch tv or playing video games just before you go to bed cos they'll make your brain start working a lot more, so you won't go to sleep as easily. make have some horlicks or something, that might help you drop off.

Focus on your breathing. If any stray thought enters your head, gently push it out. Stay focused on your breathing.

im confused , you plan kisses ???? also kissing isnt soemthng to worry about , trust me just flow naturally lol it seems to work for me. but answergin your orginal question , read , read till your eyes hurt then go to sleep

I read a book a few years ago on meditation and, unfortunately, while it didn't help me with the meditation, I did learn a good technique to help me sleep: the book suggested closing your eyes, with your eyes closed you roll your eyes up 45 degrees and hold them there (that makes them work and they get tired), then you count down from 100 to 0 and visualize each number appearing and disappearing...in approximately 2 second intervals. If you reach zero and are still awake, then you start going back up from zero to 100. Give it a shot...always works for me.

You talkin' to me? You replied to me.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to reply directly to you. I'm new to the site and apparently haven't worked out the kinks--so to speak--yet. That was meant for gamerboi
