which one is the better cardio workout, jogging or riding an exercise bike? I bring up this subject, because I recently found an old exercise bike down in my barn. Now I've been jogging down my road for a while now, but I find it a real chore to get into that running spirit. So I guess I want to know whether or not an exercise bike is a good substitute for running.
Jogging or exercise bike?
Jogging tends to fuck up your legs a lot and you can't be to constant with it when you start because your legs will hurt so fucking much from the day before. I suggest an exercise bike, or a real bike. Whatever you prefer.
