The reason I ask is that, inside my skull, on the left rear side it just feels like perhaps there is slightly more pressure there, more fluid, or brain matter, something feels different there . I don't notice it all of the time, recently just been noticing it in the evenings and before going to bed. Just wondering if this kind of thing is normal(perhaps my skull shape, or brain shape is creating this feeling, or maybe a vein is right along there), or perhaps I should go to the doctor and get this checked out.

Is the brain asymmetrical?

Go back and review your brain aneurysm hypochondria thread.

That was just a bad sinus infection, this time I'm fine. Just wondering if it is normal to have your brain feel like its pressing a bit too hard against your skull sometimes. I've gotten over most of my hypochondria anyways, usually I realise how foolish I sound very quickly nowadays but I think this is a legit question.

Are you telling me that you think your brain has grown too big for your cranial cavity, and that you're not still a hypochondriac? Those statements are mutually exclusive.Headache: from inside or outside the skull. Feeling of tightness or fullness: from outside the skull. You can't "feel" your brain. If a neurosurgeon opened your skull and poked at your brain, you might sense something, but not what you've described.
