I have recently begun wrestling. after a workout i bruise easily, not from falling down or being hit with high impact, but just from being grabbed. when someone grabs me on my biceps i get red marks which turn black and blue. It's not just in a few spots, its all over my arm. Is this a vitamin deficiency, or is this normal for a guy who is beginning wrestling?

i would say soo... i can run the mile in 4:50... try drinking milk its works milk and orange juice... drink lots of orange juice until you fix this problem of yours. i think like 2 cartons a week somtimes a carton a day until we'r out of arange juice

i bruise and scar easly and my jobs all labour so im fit, not as fit as i could be but definitly fit.If i get cut or scraped by a peice of metal or somthing at work ill scar pretty fast.. my knuckles are scared just from a few times i got mad and punched whatever. I think it matters on the individual, not how fit you are or what vitimans your lacking.

It has everything to do with what vitamins your lacking! Have some orange juice heal them up or drink some milk and have some veggies for stronger bones and skin and you'll be as tough as a rock! trust me i know what i'm talking about unbless you got that disease...
