I researched it but im still not completely sure but are mono and polyunsaturated fats good for you or are they still bad for you but just not as bad as saturated fat?
Monounsaturated fats are good for you, but they still have lots of calories.

ok so they are. because i've received a lot of mixed feelings about unsaturated fats so i was unsure. but right now i am going to look for some hard proof to shove it in peoples faces.
