hi, ok this will sound quite vein but anyway, i have been doing weights for a few years now and have reached a point im comfortable with, quite muscular but also lean and in tune with my height etc, i was just wondering what i'd need to stay this way? i'd been up to now gradually increasing my weights etc but would i just need to find a certain weight for all different exercises and stick to them or would that not work? please help, mostve the people i hang around with dont workout so theres not really anyone i know for advise! its almost got to a point where im avoiding the gym because i really dont want to get much bigger and I think the more im going the bigger im getting, but this isnt helpful because the more im eating and the less im burning this off the more definition im losing and the work iv put in will look more like putting on weight, plus i currently have quite a physical job at a caravan show site which involves carrying heavy stuff and helping moving heavy vans, so everyday im working my musclesThanks in advance

I'd say just stay using the same weights you currently are, and don't change your routine otherwise. You'll notice that your reps per set go up each week, however endurance does not equal physical size. You'll become more lean and defined, but so long as you don't drop your weights, I can't see you getting noticably larger or smaller.
