Ok so i wanna start working out and gain weight. I recently bought Protein Powder and Weight Gainer. I wanna work on mostly my upper body because its skinny and weak, but i wanna good balance so i don't look like frankenstein and my upper body is huge compared to my legs. So i'm looking for a good workout program. But i got a few questions.
1. Can you mix protein powder and weight gainer in one drink?
2. I found this workout plan.
Is it apropriate to what im looking for? sum of the exercises ask to do more than 10 reps. I heard that for gaining mass you should use high weights and low reps. What if im not able to accomplish those reps. Should i just do as much as i can everytime for each exercise with heavy yet comfortable weights?
