try a health food store or something simmilar
ask in the shop which products theyed recomend for you to gain weight. there r probably a large range of shakes, bars etc that will do the trick
-
Protien!

Lots of calories (your body can use only so much protein, so a huge pile of steak every day might not be helpful). There are caloric supplements (powders you can mix with milk or water) that will fatten you up, like Scandi Shake...or have a couple of Carnation Instant Breakfasts every day, in addition to whatever else you're eating.

Just try not to get any long term heart problems. Forcing yourself to gain weight when you're already healthy is very dangerous. I started training for sports before junior high and started working out daily after making my own weight room 4 years ago. There's a lot of kids on these boards who should do a little more research before jumping into stuff like rapidly gaining or losing weight. My advice after years of experience: don't do it. Just exercise normally and eat healthy. Don't mess around because you'll never be happy with the fast results, plus they won't last.
-
You are correct. Rapidly gaining weight is not a great idea. But most people who are chronically underweight probably won't gain weight rapidly. Still, you are right.

a big steak each night may not do much god, but damned is it good, so oong as you can afford it.Below the post I replied to you agreed that its notgood to gain rapidly, you also stated that those under wieght dont normally gain fast.I tried at one time to gain, slow, fast, what ever, I drank a million gallons of those shakes, hit wieghtsf, did all that shit on a school sports team so I had a good gym to work out in with alkot of instruction. I was wrestling 98 LBS and under my Freshman year, by my senior year Id moved up to 112 LBS.I continued with the exercise and other shit for a few years after school. and it never did shit. The quikest and best method I found was regular exercise and a healthy diet. Since meeting my fiance 3 years ago, well slightly over 3 now, Iv gained about 20 lbs. Fucking woohoo all the way upto 156 when I was on the scale yesterday.I mostly learned to be happy with what I am and find things to do that suite my body type. I could always gain strength, just not much in mass.

My weight is 109 and the reason I want to gain weight is be more curvy as a woman.
-
Has anyone heard of weight gain plus?
-
My weight is 109That doesn't mean much unless we know your height.
-
My height is 5'6
-
Sounds pretty normal. Many women struggle to be your size. Now if you were 109 pounds and 6'5" then you'd have problems. I'd give you nicknames like Skeletor and whatnot.
-
You're a bit on the thin side. You didn't give your age, but I'm assuming you're a teenager.Edit: Another way to tell if you're undeweight: are you having normal menstrual_ periods? Are you eating as much as you can? I would not recommed gaining_weight rapidly (it would be unhealthy and pointless), but how about adding some milkshakes every week to your diet, or an instant breakfast (like Carnation, mixed with milk) every day to whatever else you're eating?
-
Is gaining lean muscle rapidly unhealthy too? I plan on doing that soon, by eating several large, high carb, high protein meals a day, whilst doing a good powerlifting routine. Is this unhealthy, or are you talking about rapid fat gain?
-
I'm not a physiology expert, but I think it depends how you define "rapid", and I assume you're not talking about using steroids. Your body takes time to build muscle. Any time you eat a lot of something, you risk getting too much of some nutrients in your blood, and sending things out of balance. For instance, too much protien can damage your kidneys. What's the point of doing it fast? If you do it at a moderate pace, you don't have to worry about health issues. (The same issues apply to losing weight as well.)
-
It depends. Are you in football? That's the kinda crap varsity players put themselves through. It works, but I gaurantee when the season is over you're gonna balloon up.
-
No i'm a girl. My BMI is 17.6 which is underweight so it is not normal. I hate being this size and I eat a lot but nothing happens
-
I have a BMR of 1373.55 I found my BMI at some website. idk
-
So how many calories do I have to eat in a day
-
 so i have to eat 4000 calories a day and also does ensure make you gain weight
