Firstly, i'm uncircumsized, and i'm able to retract my foreskin when erect, but it doesn't go as far as when i'm not erect, but i'm working on it.. Now, my girlfriend has given me oral a few times now, the first couple times were okay, but a little uncomfortable because of the sensitivity. Today however, she was doing more deeper oral, and it was pretty bad for me because it was really testing the limits of my frenulum, i was kind of thinking it would actually rip, but it is a strong bit of skin.. I don't know what to do, because at times it feels good, but when she goes too far it just gets too painful. I tried saying to her that it feels really good when she doesn't go as far down and focuses on the top, but she didn't really get the hint..i don't want to just say that it hurts because it's not the best thing to say, but it isn't as enjoyable as it could be. I'm stuck for what to do.
Should i just keep trying to give her hints on what i like or are there any other suggestions? Sorry if this is the wrong section.
Girlfriend and oral
your frenulum is too short. i have the same problem.
when i have an erection i cannot pull the foreskin back completely.
i even read that as long as you can pull it back over the glans it's no problem but if you cannot retract it as far as possible then the most sensitive skin which is the skin on the inside of the foreskin isn't of any use cause it's wrapped up and cannot be unfolded.
the frenulum cannot be stretched afaik cause it is made of skin which isnt stretchable.
A too-short frenulum is called 'frenulum breve'. If you have it, it usually causes the glans to be pulled down on the frenulum side when you are hard. It can be lengthened by a partial cut by a doctor under local anaesthetic.
Getting surgery on your penor is also not comfortable especially if you're not allowed to get erections in the weeks after the surgery. What do you do if you get an erection and cannot prevent it?
It's very minor surgery that should heal quickly. I think getting an erection delays healing a bit rather than causing great damage. It's impossible to prevent erections totally, since you have them at some times while you are asleep.
I dont know if that's worth it to me. Penor surgery = awkward especially when done without general anasthesia.
But general anasthesia is also not without risk.
It quite often happens naturally during sex without any anaesthetic. People talk about "snapping their banjo string". After it heals, the frenulum is usually longer and the problem has gone.
I heard when it snaps then it can bleed a lot cause there is a blood vessel in there. I dont think you can just let it snap and not see a doctor afterwards. Otherwise instead of getting surgery everybody could just do this at home, lol.
Thanks for all the replies, it really helped.
So last night she gave me oral again, but this time I told her what I liked more, and she did it, but at times she still went a little bit too far. I think there might be a bit of a tiny cut in my frenulum because it stings a bit when I urinate.
I'm not too sure on the surgery thing, but it does sound like it would be an easy way to go about it.
Are you sure that it is impossible to stretch the frenulum? I think I remember reading that it can be done by grabbing the foreskin and pulling it forward and holding it there. Doing this a couple times a day everyday, over time it helps to stretch it.
I might give that a shot once I've given it a bit of a rest and time to heal up if it really has torn a bit.

What does it mean "go as far"? That means nothing. How far is far?
Don't hint, but tell her if it's uncomfortable.

Ah, sorry. When not erect, I can pull my foreskin back as far as it can go (ie. the skin is fully rolled back), but when I am erect, it goes to just below the glans, it doesn't roll back any further. It has gotten a bit better since it never used to even go past the glans.
So when she is giving me oral, it pulls on the skin, which pulls on the frenulum which makes it uncomfortable, and at times a bit painful.
And yeah, I told her that it was uncomfortable when it happened, I think if it happens again I'll just let her know that it is uncomfortable since it didn't seem to bother her when I said it.
You'll find that as you are more sexually active that the forskin will loosen further. The foreskin doesn't need to go much past the head. Actually, that's quite normal.
Okay, thanks for the replies everyone.
I think I'll give it a bit more time, and maybe do some stretching exercises if I find I need to. The surgery does sound like an easy way to go about things, but it would be a lot easier if I didn't have to worry about it at all!
