I've searched like crazy trying to figure out what these things are. Theye look like very small pimples, but they are actually a healthy looking pink and not painful or itchy. At first I thought they WERE pimples so I tried popping one, but it hurt a great and didn't really "pop" like a pimple. They don't look like genital warts, pearly penile papules, sabaceous glands, or herpes sores. They're all in my pubic hair above my genitals, not actually on my genitals.

Tiny pink bumps in pubic hair

Do they itch?
-
have you shaved? because it could be razor burns.

They didn't at first, but now some of them do and I'm getting itchy little bumps all over my body. I thought maybe I was allergic to my bath soap so I got some different soap yesterday. No I don't shave.

It sounds like it may well be an allergy.

I went to the doctor Monday and he thinks the pink bumps are molloscum contagiosm, but I think I have something else too.He referred me to a dermatologist, because he didn't know (or at least didn't say) what they were but the dermatologist won't see me for weeks yet The small bumps have spread all over me (though mostly not noticible and usually just a few in a cluster in isolated areas).I have some scar tissue on my pinkie that they just filled up.

if it is molluscum you may try tincture of iodine or iodide, available at any pharmacy and cheap. the doctor didnt have a cure but i found this remedy in an old army medical book. just a suggestion

It's normal, it's like a in-gorwn pimple nothing to worry about, it could be razer burn if you shaved. But, it doesn't sound like nothing bad.
