Okay, I've been doing crunches for a week or so, and the top two muscles on my abdomen are nice, but the rest are not there. What other abs exercises can I do to work on the lower ones?Paul

just keep doing it you can't get a set of abs in just a week :Pyou might want to increase your daily amount too.say, you do 200 in the morning..at night do 210..then the next morning do 220... etc etc.

The only way to really get a full set of visible abs is to have a low body_fat percentage. If you want to see the whole package, you'll have to do a lot of cardio and lose the extra fat.

Helmsman, you're a legend. I'll stick at it. My bodyfat is low anyhow, but iI can see a small bit. Also, you might want to check the link, I had a look, but a lot of the links on that page were down.
