Uhm, hey all.

Okay, i'm having a BIG problem with my legs in respect of working out and the after effects. I mean, I knew they'd hurt for a day or so after, but DAMN, I quite literally can't walk without limping and its getting in the way of work now. Will these effects gradually stop or atleast not hurt AS much as it is now?

The deal right now is that I go to the gym after work one day, and for the following four days i'm walking around for alteast 8 hours and only get to rest them whilst i'm asleep.

Could this also affect their growth?
