Thats more the shit Im into, Im comfortable being as thin as I am, I know I can fight and back my shit up anytime I need to do so, but I like being strong, but dont want the size as size limits my goals and passion. Im all about gaining strength with out gaining size, or atleast not gaining much size.

I want to gain muscle, but don't have....

Aren't those fuckers amazing? If you ever get a chance to talk face to face with a Shaolin Master, it WILL change your life. I met one when I was 18 and have had a passion for Martial arts ever since.

Well, my friend, all I can say is get the book. The best twenty dollars you'll ever spend, the knowlwdge is worth it's weight in diamonds.
-
yeah, I dont want to blow 20 bucks on the book since its not a entertainment reading like other books I buy, and I dont know that it something Im into or want to be, I am currently looking for a used copy or a on sale copy, I intend to look into it and see if it lines up with what I am into or could see myself getting into.If I can gain more strength with out too much size, I am fucking down with that!If I cant find a cheap copy in the next month or so Ill break down and buy it at full price.

When you go into Amazon.com, they have this lil tiny section that says "We have 93 Of this item both used and new starting at $.99" Click on that and you can read up on seller's satisfaction rates. If the price is right and they have good ratings from other customers, that's when I go ahead and buy it.

actually I jsut hadnt checked out amazons site, I was looking in local stores and on half.com, I forgot amazon sells new and used through other people, guess Ill be reading that book soon

You won't regret it. Your mountain climbling will improve, for sure. I remember this guy once commented on my lat muscles (wings) and said I would make an excellent rock climber due to my lat muscles. I told him kung fu makes you excellent at anything you set your mind on.
