My life PFTH!!!!I love 2 people on this planet, the one lives in Canada (basically one of the most beatiful people I've ever laid eyes on, and extremely talented and just has a way of making me warm and fuzzy when I see and talk to her) I can never have her, cos I'm in the UK.But there is one other I love, who treats me like shit and in turn I retaliate by being nasty too, but then when I try to make ammends, makes everything awkward, making everything seem my fault. I love this person truly, and I can't help thinking about what I've said or done. I always tell this person that I really do have genuine feelings, but makes my life really hard. Any advice?

It's not impossible, God willing, for people who live across the world from each other to meet. But you do know the local person better. Real life is full of rough edges, and perhaps that's the way we recognise it's real. But if you're treated like shit, what hope is there in the relationship? People tend to stay the same, and someone who treats you like shit now is likely to continue to do so, and continue to blame it all on you.
-
the problem is, I really do love both of them with the all of my heart, the very essence of my being is just..... warm and fuzzy when I see them or talk to them.

If you really love the person in canada....the only thing stopping you is the distance...nothing should get in the way of love. if your in love with her, then thats what your heart wants....just try and think it over..if you truly love her..then you answered your own question...as for the other person...if she/he treats you like shit...then that should answer your question too hunn...let your heart answer you. everything should work out the way its meant to be. if you need to talk about it, pm me or sumthing. i know what its like to love someone so far away, AND love someone thats closer...its so hard..i hope i helped

I don't know if this will help, but my first girlfriend and I loved each other to distraction. We spent more than 3 years together--off and on--until I finally couldn't deal with the ups and downs any longer and broke it off for good.Moral of the story: if someone isn't making you completely happy, the relationship is lacking. That's not to say you can't disagree....hell, that's natural. But if the good times and the bad times are 50/50 or worse, find someone with whom you have a better ratio. If that happens to take you across the pond, is that so bad?Best of luck!

-
Well, of course! Isn't Canada "across the pond" from the UK? Same as the US.Just don't bring any water!!!!
-
lol yeah....where i live is pretty well surrounded by water anyways...and we still have to pay a shit load for it >.<
-
No, it's not. Ireland is across the pond from Canada. England, Scotland and Wales are on the other side of us.

My apologies, Star, I didn't mean to include you in the U.K. I know that particular fight has been going on for a while, but--so you know--as a Kelly, I do make it a point to celebrate on March 17th I bet you're a redhead....

No, ha ha, I'm naturally a light toned brunette. We dont need to be red heads to get hot tempered enough to be aggrivated at the notion that we might be considered 'british'!! It is the most insulting assumption anybody can make regarding an Irish person, as was evidenced a few years ago when I was asked in Macys New York was I fucking british!! Lets not get into that!It is actually very hurtful, and foreign people cannot fairly be expected to understand that. Our grandparents, and their ancestors, men and women, died in their uncountable thousands so that we could be free citizens of a Republic, rather than subjects of a foreign imposed 'Kingdom'. What those bastards did to our people for 900 years you couldnt make up; and I couldnt give a flying fuck if there are 'british' people reading this thread who are ignorant enough to disagree with me. I'd challange them to educate themselves in their own history before attempting to take me to task. The term 'british' itself is a joke, as it is used to encapsulate england along with all the lands that it stole. This might go some way to explaining why I never use the term 'britain', except to explain why I never use it! That term embodies a disgust I dont want to expend the energy to explain, especially at 4.20am, the time it is now, in Dublin, what has long been understood, worldwide, to be the capital city of the Republic of Ireland - thank God.

By the way, I'm sorry for getting off the subject of your original post. My advice would be to work on the relationship with the person you've had most contact with.
If it dosent work then you can guiltlessly go elsewhere, but it sounds like a worthwhile try, since you say you love her. Good luck. -
Ah an ye cen fuckoff yeh bollocks yeh!!

Sorry, I didnt see the end of your post before I sent that, lol. You'd be welcome love, sure we'd make you some room in the hay barn, ha ha.
