Okay, I am very slim, I'm 5'8" and weigh only 120. I run cross country year round, have a gym class where I lift every other day, the days I don't have that class I have another one where I run in and am active. Everyday after school I run 5-7 miles. Days I don't run i play football for a long time, basically there is very little time I sit around. I'd like to gain some weight...haha..without reducing my activity, is there any way I can?? lol thanks a lot,Winger

Diver your a very bad influence lol. I would suggest just eating alot of fatting foods. But also eat healthy food. You could eat right before you go to bed also and leave a bag of chips or something by you. You will probably eat them during you sleep and won't have the time to exercise them off so they will be taking affect before you work out.
I cant gain weight i kinda given up. From my understanding people who are meant to get bigger will anyhow in time.Like i have a scrawny body but my shoulders are huge so i like to think that i will in the next few years 'grow into them'.I do use weightgain but it dont put any weight on ;oPrehaps u can get summit perscribed from the Doc that slows your metabolism or summit, y'never know
