Have you seen the movie?
-
Snakes on a motherfucking plane!
-
i just saw it... its amazing.... compared to the rest of shit movies by samuel jackson such as swatbut at times its pretty scary.. too much popping moments...the plot is a bit bizarre but its an ok moviethe funniest part is when the guy gets his dick bit and the girl gets her tit bit (yes full view of a tit!) and when the woman screams and it bites her tongue
-
Ahhhrrrgh - dont be telling me all the best bits! I'm dying to see it, but films dont get released where I'm from till they've been out in America for a couple of months, pity for us cause by the time they get to us we've heard all the hype!I think even the title is funny, I mean 'snakes on a plane' - for fuck sake!
-
Where abouts do you live? 'Snakes...' has been out here for a while.
-
i think it sounds like a really dumb movie conscept. i only have 1 friends whos seen it. he liked it but i dont trust his movie judgment. any females here seen it and liked it?i think its probably just a lame man movie
-
I'm from Dublin. That just goes to show how long it's been since I was in a cinema! I better get in to see it before it's finished its run.
-
I'm not sure about other places, but you can definately catch it in the UGC in town.
-
I'm assuming you live in Dublin? Are you from here originally?
-
Born and raised in Dublin, yeah.
-

-

-
I'm North Co.Dublin, Malahide/Howth area.
-
it takes a special ocassion to go to the movies at all
-
hehe, u gotta love the Irish......im 1/8th irish, does that count? lol
-
According to some people, if your great great great grandfather once got curious with an Irish wolf hound, then you're Irish.Personally, I think that if atleast one of your parents was born and raised in Ireland, then you can consider yourself Irish. Anything less than that is too much of a stretch.
-
If one of my parents were born and raised in Ireland and I wa born and raised in the U, Id consider my self an american, of irish desent, much as I consider myself now, only of scottish origins.I got about 3/4 scotish in my blood, from both sides of the family, but noones lived in scotty land for 3 generations. Its a nice thing ot know where your ancestors are from, fit really doesnt mean shit though bobbo
-
Well when I say that, I mean that if you have one parent who was born and raised in Ireland, you are free to call yourself Irish. But if you prefer to call yourself American or whatever, you can.
-
I've got a good few American relatives cause half my fathers family emigrated in the 60's when things were really shit here economically (and every other way, ha ha)I met one of my (Jewish!) cousins here a couple of months ago at a wedding he'd travelled over for. It was really lovely, he was the lovliest bloke you'd ever meet and we've kept in touch since. Apparently he kept ranting about how 'georgous!' I was and my aunt had to remind him, she's your first cousin! That was a great fun wedding. There was murder just after we left, which is very unusual, normally it kicks off so that I end up in the thick of it! (I know this hasnt got anything to do with anything, just a little story I thought I'd relate!) By the way, we're neighbours Bobalicious! I moved to Baldoyle two years ago, it's a bit far out from town for me, but it's a great place to raise a child. Not too many burnt out cars out this way either, ha ha.
-
Yeah, not too many burnt out cars but we're prone to the odd kidnapping now these days.Getting into town isn't that bad in Malahide, I've got the DART just 15 minutes from my house and bus stops just 5 minutes away that will get me to the airport, town and even UCD.
-
You're going to get the odd kidnapping anywhere bankers live, ha ha.Yeah the darts only 15 mins from me too, it's so handy. Are you studying at UCD? What course are you doing?
