im 14 5'5" and about 110 pounds, i can curl about 20lbs but can only bench about 85... and my legs are weak i can only squat like 40lbs but im gonna change that,

Yeah, Helms how much can you lift? Also how much do you weigh if thats not too much of a personel question.I weight 65kg's and i can lift a little over my own body weight (75kg's) which actually means i am lifting at a ration of about 1:1.15 I personally think thats pretty good.Mr. Nuts
Your right, people are gobsmacked when they hear how much you can lift!And my dad is 49, nearly time for a SAGA holiday.Also you mentioned you were 5"8. What age did you start all your weights? Just wondering because there is the debate about whether or not weights training makes you more vertically challenged than some. Because I am 5"10 and am 17 but wouldn't mind another couple of inches. I don't want to stump that by weight training.Your thoughts?Mr. Nuts
