What 'style' do all of you dress and do you believe it is a reflection of your personality? Personally when casual I go for a Blitz Kid look, which is an English thing of suits and make up. Coming from a provincial town, it is a bit of a shocker, but fun nontheless. However, I also sing in band where I thrust a seperate persona on myself and just go a bit mental. I remeber trying to make it back through my town at pub/bar closing time in skin-tight hipsters, my Mum's old punk rabbit fur jacket and a Nazi hat, as we were playing at a gay benefit out of town, so I went Iggy Pop for the occasion. Stupid, but fun. So, anybody else dress rock/punk/goth or just any style?

-
well i dont know much about dress but i usually dress in all white or all black, loose clothing, i like the mood it sets

Shoes: 'classic' trainers, that are ben sherman. Trousers: Black jeans, not baggy, comfortable.T-shirt: The most varied bit, ranges from Quicksilver to an England shirt.Jumper - A zip-up jumper thing. Im wearing my 'true brit' one right now, quite often i do it right up to the top.Guess i have a late 90's indie look going on. Think Oasis.

My style ... whatever's clean and comfortable.

Blitz Kid!? wow! haven't heard a young person use that term ever! but being in the UK its probably more common than in the states! how wonderful! New Romantic, Punk/ Deathrock, Glam, Goth, i love it all!
-
Don't even know what 'Blitz kid' is :P
-
i have no style beyond what i like. cargo trousers mainly, if only for the ultra useful pockets on the thighs. hoodies as i dont like wearing jackets and the hood is... well, useful to. is usefulness my style? rhetorical, dont answer as it was a question of self reflection and i cant be arsed to delete it now

Blitz Kid look is really quite rare in England. It has had a bit of a revival but with no class. You get a few proper New Romantics around Camden with good asymmetirc or dyed hair, but that's about it. Anubis, you are a man of spectacular taste.

tight jeans for me, often womens (im a guy).. shirt doesnt really matter, as long as theyre tight.. sometiems random shirts i got at thrift stores, old work uniforms, plaid/checked button shirts.. i hate baggy clothing and its all anyone around here wears, so its my little way of fighting trends.. i also have a pair of beat up old converse which are falling apart and have a few holes in them.. just to spite everyone else with their 200 dollar basketball shoes.

In reply to:

Think about that for a minute.

I kind of vary........amongst black! I usually wear grey cargos that are sort of torn at the bottom, a black T-Shirt, and a black button down. BUT, when I get my trenchcoat, I'm gonna tear it at the bottom so it looks like Sephiroth's coat from Kingdom Hearts, with 5 points at the end. Also, I'm into the multiple belts thing, I have one with 3 holes in sequence instead of one.

I'm into goth and glam, personally. I do a lot of different things within them though.
