SHALLOW PEOPLE

Well, being perfect in God's eyes does nothing for me when trying to get a girlfriend or trying to be a men's underwear model.

In reply to: WHOEVER PASSES JUDGEMENT ON ANY OTHER PERSON BEFORE THEY KNOW THEM, JUST SICKENS ME. I'm afraid I'm going to have to pass judgement on someone who posts with the caps-lock on. But I guess that's just one of imperfect human traits.
-
well...you know what i mean. its other people that have problems, not you.
-
i think he used caps cuz he was pissed off. many people do it.

In reply to:I think what you're trying to say is that peoples obsession with their and other people's differences is unhealthy. If the difference is superficial, it doesn't affect the person they are. Sometimes peoople get obsesses with diffences (defects, in their mind) that make them feel bad about themselves, and when other people say things like "I don't like ", it makes the person with "this or that" feel bad. It serves no good purpose. that is the jist of what I meant.

Sorry about the double post there guys. The site locked up and I clicked back and tried again.I just don't see the point in this thread.I would compare it to me starting a post announcing that I have identified the solution to problems in the Middle East. It is wiping the terrorists out.A statement no doubt worthy of Mr. Bush and his lovely wife Blairleena. It is interesting because I am actually sick and tired of this “your perfect” attitude. If someone does something wrong, you tell them. If you say, “It wasn’t your fault” (when it is) how can they learn. If someone didn’t start a post saying whether or not they personally find black women attractive or not it doesn’t mean just because someone voiced it, it wasn’t there beforehand. I have the attitude that if someone is fat you tell them.If someone is annoying you tell them.If someone is making a mistake you tell them.I believe that the best way to improve is to look at your faults. Even if other people point them out.My story.I once was overweight, very unfit and couldn’t pull a rotten tooth out of a dead horse’s head. Some of my mates took the piss out of me for it. They were friends, but I got the message I was a fat fuck when they told me. Now, I have lost the weight, I am fit, I have a girlfriend, I am pursuing my dream career and I am happier. All because my friends told me my faults.IF they took the “your perfect” attitude then I would probably be no different than how I was a year ago. I do honestly believe that this “your perfect” attitude is a bunch of bollocks. Encouragement and picking people up when they are down is one thing. All out denial is another!Mr. NutsP.s I have spent the best part of 20 minutes writing this to the best of my ability without offending anyone. I will have, that is certain. But if you disagree do reply. But do it in a structure manor.

Nobody's perfect. But a lot of people obsess over things that, in the big picture, are really not very important. In reply to:I have the attitude that if someone is fat you tell them.If someone is annoying you tell them.If someone is making a mistake you tell them.I'm sure each person is waiting for you to catalogue their faults. It's a good thing you know exactly what's right and what's wrong. After all, someone has to.

Wow...is this what X does?Just kidding, my friend...this thread needed a bit of levity

"I have the attitude that if someone is fat you tell them.If someone is annoying you tell them.If someone is making a mistake you tell them"Somebody with a common sense and no nonsense approach - give yourself a clap on the back, cause I thank God for people like you numbnuts! Like yourself I was overweight until somebody pointed it out to me, I've since lost 14kg, feel great and am constantly told I'm looking great too. (yay!) Again I say; thank God for the straight talkers!
-
Yup, thats why God invented us! To bring people depression and point out mistakes... lol!
-
Yeah youre so right, I hear women are just jumping at obese men with tiny penis's. Same with guys, I hear they just skip the sexy girl and go straight for her fat sarcastic friend who she keeps to make her look better by comparasent.
-
Okay, not fighting that point anymore about the "being perfect" becuase it's all blown out of all proportion, but okay, whatever. Lol. but I will say one thing, there is no such thing as a "normal" person.
-
Hey! I'm a bit offended by your last remark! I think I'm perfectly normal, regardless of what the courts and those fussy, snooty psychiatrists say!
-
how is this approach then,.....EVERYONE IS NORMAL, COS EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT, there are no 2 people the same, averages and modal groups apply, but it don't mean they are normal, they could be an alien posing as one of us. Becuase there is no basis for comparison to a normal person, there is no such thing as a normal person, just perfect in our own ways.

I AM PERFECT BECAUSE I USE CAPITAL LETTERS!!
-
NO, YOU'RE PERFECT BECAUSE IT TOOK YOU A WEEK TO POST A RESPONCE.
-
JUST FOUR DAYS ACTUALLY. BUT THANKS FOR NOTICING, ITS WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT.
-
THANK YOU... AND I LOVE YOU

I LOVE YOU TOO. LETS MAKE BABIES TOGETHER.
