It sucks, just when i began having a best friend, he gets sent to juvie/rehab. I never really had a GUY bestfriend, it has mostly been girls, and now when i start becoming "close" to this guy, he gets sent away. He got sent to juvie like 2 weeks ago, and i really haven't gone out or anything. I always used to have something to do afterschool and on weekends, and lately i haven't had anything to do. Worst part is, he isnt coming back untill maybe decemeber or something. Its going to be really hard to find another "bestfriend", even though i have a lot of friends, not many guy friends though, and its going to be hard to get as close as i was with him. The reason he got sent to juvie is because he was already in probation like 2nd level or w.e, and he got caught drinking. He came called me and told me, but i don't think he told me the WHOLE truth because, his dad had cancer and he would cry for him and i think he might have tried to commit suicide or something close to that cuz i know hes crazy like that. And i just recently found out that the day he told me he was going to be sent away, his dad died that same day or the day before that...I just don't know what im going to do..

Is there any reason you can't continue the friendship on some level while he is incarcerated? Of course you can't see him often and hang out with him. But can you write letters? From what you've said, it sounds like he could really use a friend, one that's committed to him through the rough times.
I would also encourage you to not give up on finding other male friends. One of the most difficult lessons I had to learn in life was to not put all my eggs in one basket when it comes to friends. If you were able to make one friend, you are probably able to do it again. If this one guy found you interesting, fun, and likeable, it's likely that others will.
I hope things begin looking up for your friend. I've seen a lot of good kids make bad decisions and end up in similar situations. But they're still good kids.
