hellooo.. just having an "amy moment of madness"... I have been reading through all of the posts in all the forums, and came to the conclusion that noone is patient at all anymore! Everyone demands a reply as soon as possible, and when they get the reply it's not good enough, or just not what they wanted to hear.. and it all kicks off into an arguement about who is right and who is wrong. It reminded me of a section from baz luhrmann's sunscreen song: "...be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia, dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it’s worth..." ...and my point? Try not to pick apart other people's advice - you don't know where it has come from, you don't know their circumstances or if the advice really is from something that happened to them. Advice helps people to get through things on both sides, so just try, for a little while, to have more patience with people

Advice

thanks for the horrible advice!
-
Phew, thank god I don't give advice!
-
lol I wasn't giving advice then I was just having a mini rant about people being impatient with others..!

I think some people come here just to say there problem so they can get sympathy. They know how to solve it or best way to deal with it but they just need to here some options and sympathy. If they do in fact have a problem and they're totally oblivious on how to solve it then I think people should expect a little inpatience.
