i reacently tried doin bent over rows, i dont know if im doing them right because i feel it in my biceps more than my back, can someone tell me if it sounds like im doing them wrong

Triple -BO rows are a great arm exercise as well as upper back, in fact if you devote a few months to really getting strong in the bo row - be careful you are positioned "tight" thruout the lower back, never "hump" or round the back on these - and you will be surprised at how your arms will respond.Alot of men forego the bo barbell row in favor of one arm db rows to take the stress off the lower back - I prefer bb rows, but with the caution I mentioned above - but db rows are also a great exercise.
