well first off, i would like to try and lose about 50 lbs by next summer. and yes i ate a nice bit of comfort food the past few months and i hate myself for it.
ok, so what i eat normally on a daily basis - usually either a bagel, pop tarts, or toast and an egg (not fried). i drink A LOT of water every day (about 2 litres). - for lunch, i might have some fries and nuggets, or some soup and a sandwich.
- for supper, we have normally pork chops or some kind of meat, and either potatoes, or rice.or pasta. im usually at my boyfriends house, and his grandmother always makes dessert, and im weak for having some. - for a snack in the night, i might have some nachoes (RARELY), or if i never had a bagel for breakfast, ill have one. for snacks in between meals ill have a nutrigrain bar or some fat-free fruit snacks or an orange.
as yes, winter is coming soon. and i havemild asthma,brochitis and a heart murmur, so i find it hard to do a lot of cardio work outs (my chest tightens up and i find it hard to breathe). i do own a manual treadmill and 5 lb. dumbbells, and a thing to help do sit ups (i forget what its called). i had these things in my room, but i figured since it is the summer i would be doin a lot of walking/swimming/tennis...but it never worked out that way. i feel so guilty for not sticking to my dieting (last year i lost 30 lbs but gained back about 25 since last november).
i would actually like it if you posted on here instead of private messaging because i know there is a few people on here that can/will appreciate the adivce you give. if there is anything personal you would like to saytho, you can always pm me :smile:
o and thanks for saying im pretty and stuff. people say this to me sometimes, but i find it hard to believe because of my weight issue.

thanks for responding.its so hard to change my eating habits. i try so damn hard. ill cut out the pop tarts, and try to eat most of the pasta and stuff like that at lunch. i know tomorrow my boyfriend has the day off from work so we are going to go to the YMCA and see how much a membership costs and hopefully we will go swimming afterwards. im gonna have a look at that site now, and see what else i can do also, would you be able to help me on how i can work out? like stretches and sit ups and stuff like that? i want to tone up before the summer.thanks so much for the help hunn

Good luck on your new life style, try looking as a food plan as more of a new friend and a better way of living, an improvement if you could say that.

The best way to loose weight, is too find a way of loosing weight that's fun to you, so that you don't think of it as loosing weight, but rather as a hobby. Do you like any particular sports(sorry if this has been mentioned, didn't wanna red the whole thread)? I see you mentioned swimming, which is a great way to not just loose weight but actually build a great upper body.

thanks for asking this week was pretty good. i went to the YMCA and got some info on getting a membership. and i cut out eating seconds, AND i dont eat as much in the nighttime either...YAY ME!!! i would have excersiced...but umm..wrong time of the month lol
