I should start by saying that I'm uncircumcised and that my foreskin is unusually tight (when I pull it back it stays back even when my penis is soft until i push it foward). My forskin doesn't go back during erections either..I have to pull it back. So about 30 minutes ago i was masturbating with my forskin back as far as it would go and i felt like i had an orgasm but nothing came out(almost like the forskin might've been choking the head of my penis?). i quickly pushed the forskin back up and eventually lost my erection but still no semen ever came out. i didn't feel tired or relieved like i usually do after an orgasm either. this has NEVER happened to me before. its 3:48am where i live and i can't sleep because i am FREAKING OUT. should i call a doctor!?! i tried stimulating my penis again for a little bit to see if my it was okay and it felt a little numb (maybe im jsut freaking myself out?). my penis still feels kinda numb PLEASE RESPOND ASAP.....

you either just have a tight foreskin or something thats called phimosis , its a white ring of skin either under the foreskin obove the forekin , normally near the tip.that makes it harder for you to retract the foreskindo a phimosis search on google dude

Joel, calm down dude.BTW, that fact that your foreskin doesn't go back by itself doesn't mean you have anything wrong. Lots of lads have a tighter or longer foreskin, its a natural variation, but the fact that you can skin yourself indicates you don't have either phimosis or a problem.I understand what you say is happening, but there needs to be a little more information from you.You need to mention your age. Also, how many times in the last day have you wanked yourself? If you've been hard at it, wanking yourself a number of times, the batteries will have been drained and need a bit to recharge. Just like your mobile, when you use it, after a while, the batteries get low. You don't chuck it then, you just put it on the charge and after a bit its as good as new.Let us hear from you.Christiaan

I agree with Christiaan - if you can retract manually when erect, there's no phimosis. If it's a little tight you could loosen it with stretching exercises. Sometimes things happen oddly occasionally, and if it's a one-off I don't think it's anything to worry about.
