It has been almost 4 months and me and my boyfriend have just started talking about having sex, and I'm just not sure if it is too early in our relationship or what. We both want to, but is it possible that it'll end afterwards since it's this early? IDK Please help.

Is it too early?

having sex wont necessarily end your relationship...alot of ppl have sex without even being in a relationship and only that it might / might not lead to a relationship...hopefully you know by now weather he's a guy just who wants sex from you or if he wants something greater than thatif you're having doubts about it, you probably arent ready for it just yet. you should wait to you are 100% sure its what you want to do because once you have losed your virginity.. u cant get it back

If you have to question, I would venture to say that you're not ready and it is too soon.
-
It's not that, I am ready, I have no problem with losing my virginity and I know that he wants more than just to have sex. But I was just watching a commercial before I asked the question about how usually relationships break apart after having sex (in like 3 weeks) I just wanted to know if it was true or what. I mean I understand how if the sex was bad, or maybe the guy had a small dick or the girl stunk.. I would leave them 2... lmao n e ways, that's wut I really ment.

if you would leave him because the sex was bad maybe you don't really love him? And if you dont love him, should you be having sex with him? In all honesty though, if you're worried about sex killing your relationship then maybe you're really not ready. I mean of course you both want it and you may think that you're ready but it doesn't seem like the relationship itself can handle it. But I may be 100% wrong too. My advice would be to follow your heart...if it feels right, go for it.

no don't follow your heart. First you must learn to follow your head. Your conscience dictates better judgment.
-
you should follow your heart, if it feels right, then go for it! if not, then don't, it'll work out for the best whatever, whatever, happens, it'll happen for a reason. always follow your heart.

[sigh] ok 2 questions: can you clarify 'heart' please? why should any person should defer to this rather than to their better judgment (which is traditionally found in the brain)?

it's just a figure of speech
