is this a good routine for me? monday:legs 5 reps 5 setstuesday:biceps, lats 4 sets 4 repswendesday:day offthursday:chest 4 reps 4 setsfriday:day offsaturday:shoulders 5 reps 4 setssunday day offand every other week i do about 80% of the weight with 8 reps and 4 setsis this a good routine?
