Welcome to A2A, whambam100. You'll really need to get professional advice on this one - a scan will probably be arranged. There are many possibilities for something that seems to be in the brain, and a tumour is only one. Your symptoms seem related to heavy work, which makes me guess that it may be related to the vascular system.
Whatever it is, it certainly should be taken seriously, so make an appointment with a doctor.
i am soo scared that i havnt slept the whole night now
im too young to have a cancer but it just feels lioke it more n more now
cuase the pain hasnt gone away
Let me say one thing. The brain has no pain receptors. The brain can not feel pain.
Having said that.. you still need to have a doctor figure out why you have this pain.
Perhaps it's infact a msucle, there is alot of muscles in the neck/ lower head area. It's a possibility.
But theres nothing we or you can do even fi it was, the only thing you can do about this situation is see a doctor.
