are there any ways to lose weight other than atkins, because i heard it doesnt last, and other than more exercise, i dont have time for that, plus im a really picky eater and dont like all vegtables and stuff, so any ways would get great thanks

unforgetto is right you need to exercise. cardio a couple times a week plus lifting should give you some results. also as for "dieting" just try to cut out the junk you eat and replace it with healthier stuff. avoid a lot of sugars/sweets/refined carbs and juices and soda. make sure you are filling up on the good stuff at meals so you don't want the crap.

i do as much exercise i can, but i really have no time, its crazy! also i have cut back on hella junk food, its not even that im looking to lose weight anymore because its a pain, but i wanna tone some areas. Anyone know good exercises for toning? Also its 5'3 130-135lbs even that big? like seriously? i wear size 5-9 in pants, and a 36 d, am i proportioned well??

All I can say is, eat healthier and find time for excercise. If you don't like vegetables, fine. Go find some decent recipes off of websites.

Get some fish recipes. Good stuff. If you want to tone, make sure you lose the fat before workout. Sometimes that will work better. Do a ton of cardio until you can run 2 miles at a descent rate. Then, if you've lost some pounds, start working out to tone it out.

I lost a lot of weight last summer and I am still steadily losing weight.I simply cut out most of the sugary stuff, and replaced them with fruit, (I usually eat more than 5 portions of fruit a day) such as raisins, bananas, apples and the like. I also stopped drinking lemonade each day, and drink more water.Aswell as that, I exercise most days, (I walk to and from home ~3 days a week, go to the gym at the weekends). I try to do 50 pressups a day.I'm astonished at just how much weight I've lost, (nearly 2 stones now).
