i feel like i have gotten weaker since like 2 weeks ago , for example today i tried to straight bar curl 45 pounds, even tho i wasnt suposed to be workin my biceps, and i struggled alot but before i was doin like 4-6 reps and 4 sets, i dont know why but i feel weaker, any 1 have an exlplantion?
As helms said its rest and diet, sometimes I just have random off days where i dont do so well at the gym them I have others where I can go crazy and lift allot.
once a week, as in, one day a week? so i shouldnt do curls ever day?
sorry to hijack the thread, but how much should i work my biceps on that one day?
