This is another problem I've forgotten about that has made itself known again within the past couple days. Every once in awhile, while I'm walking around, most recently it happened while I was walking from class, I will all of a sudden feel a very sharp pain in my testicles, not unlike the kind of pain you feel after being kicked there. It goes away if I stop walking, but then comes right back when I try to walk again. This is kind of like the other problem I mentioned in that it happens pretty rarely, or at least rarely enough that I forget to mention it to a doctor, or my parents. What could this be? Is it really serious?

Pain in testicles

"Growing pains" are pains in muscles. I don't know what it means, but it sounds odd, unless it's happening shortly after you ejaculate. It might be caused by unrelieved sexual stimulation ("blue balls").

This never happens after I ejaculate...just randomly. I don't think it would be blue balls...but I don't think I have ever had it before...or at least, knew what it was when I had it. What would cause it? EDIT: i googled it and found a couple sites. This sounds kind of like what I was talking about, as far as the discomfort goes... but I don't recall having an erection while this was happening

You've never had blue balls? It's where you get sexually stimulated for a while (by being near an attractive girl, or whatever), without any sexual relief. You get a congestion (accumulation) of fluid down below, and it can cause soreness and pain. The cure is to wait a while for the fluid to be absorbed, or to ejuaculate and get rid of the fluid. You can be stimulated without having an erection.

It's fairly normal. My bf gets it some times. He will just say to me.. "Ow, there is that pain in my nut again" LOL.
I have given him my own personal cop a feel exam and I dont "feel" anything strange. He doesnt have the pain every day but he has mentioned it at least 3-4 times in the last 2 years. Male testicles are super sensitive. Pain can shoot up in the sac if you move the wrong way. If you have cronic pain it could be that your sac tubes have twisted.. and that calls for surgery. -
twisted testicle? check..

It could be one of many things from a slight strain in connective tissue, to some mild temporary damage to the nerves, or tubing (epididymis), etc. It really depends alot on the frequency of that pain and how long it occurs for. You said you would get it while simply walking and I assume it goes away briefly. It most likely is not blue balls because 1) you are not aroused and 2) blue balls hurts for a while, often hours until and even after ejaculatory release. It most likely is just a slight strain or hit of some nerves in that area. Could be influenced from the underwear (boxers, briefs), amount of fluid in the "pipes", movement, how low the testicles hang or not. Toward the rear side of the testicles where the epididymis is can have some incredibly sensitive areas which only a require a tiny amount of pressure or straining to give you pain. It should go away fast though. If you find yourself with this problem frequently and for long durations of pain or discomfort, talk to your physician about it as it could be something more serious.
