Firstly, hello to all folks here. I hope this is not a repetitive post by someone.I'm a 23 year old student, clean from drugs, one night stands, drinking, sexual intercourses etc. Except: masturbation, and drinking water. I've been active for about 3 years. And the problem started within 2 months. So, a little history of the problem that I'm having. 2 months ago or so, I started having these pains in my testicles, couldn't make it which side it was at. It grew in intensity, and made me ponder upon what could be happening. I did some research, and the best answer coming to it was drinking fluids. And I did so. And eventually it got better. No checkup required. This past monday, I started having the same pain, with 10 times the intensity as the last one, making me grab my testicles and loose balance falling down and laying down for minutes. Happend while driving, while walking, while standing. It's like a jolt of lightening strike within the left testicle area for a second or so, and gone as if nothing wrong. I..have..been..shit..scared. I may know where the problem has been originating, but ofcourse denial took upon me. Today I went to go see the Doc for a checkup. He didn't notice anything wrong, just pointed out towards a tiny mass at the left testicle area that could be unnoticed to the naked eye. Gave a Urine Analysis test, and came out negative. He told me of this cord to which the testicle is hanging from in that mass area, and that cord runs the arteries, veins etc. Told me to keep an eye for that if it swells, wrote a prescription for some pain killers, suggested to avoid wearing tight underwears that can pressurize the testicles inside. Thats about it.I want to say that I was satisfied, but I'm rather not. Would love any opinion about the problem. And lastly, if preferring some testing or examination, I'd very much like the cost information of its coverage as well, since I don't have insurance.

Strikening pain in left testicle

You need to keep an eye on it to make sure that the cord doesn't get twisted and cut off the blood supply to the testicle (that would be a testicular torsion.
You remind me a lot of INeedHelpBadly.

Fly up here to Canada and see a good dink-doctor. Or if that's not an option stay where you are and see another dink-doctor if it's affordable.
