Ok so I've been doing a lot of sit ups, and doing Denise Austins morning fit and light work out thing, and I have started to get some really nice like abs, or well the starting of it on the top part of m stomach (i think it looks rather nice). However the botton part of my stomach, like after the belly button, still has this like little roll, it's extremely tiny yes, but it's not firm and it really bothers me (I have self image issues, was anorexic). I know you can't lose weigh in targeted areas, but I was wondering if there are any exercises that target, that area. I'd like to gan more muscle there. I can post a pic if any one wants lol, although i doubt thats needed.

I honestly don’t know any exercises to target that exact area Moonlight, but even if I did I'm not sure I'd tell you! No, I'm not being cruel, I just really really think the last thing a former anorexic needs to be doing is obsessing about any aspect of her body and I wouldn’t give her any encouragement if I could possibly help it.Someone very close to me was anorexic for years, and I still see the patterns of that illness every time we go out to dinner, even though she claims to have been 'cured' for years. I honestly don’t think it ever fully goes away; I think it is something you will have to fight forever, and I don’t think exercising towards a 'body perfect' image of yourself is the way to go about it.I'm sorry, but that's the way I feel, I'm just being honest with you luv.x
