okay i had my eyebrows tinted a while back, and basically they looked really huge, because the outer hairs where very light and blended with my skin but when they went black they turned visible. so i plucked those hairs, and it looked fine, but now its really obvious i plucked them. what should i do? keep plucking? let them grow back? i have a fringe of hair goign over my eyebrows for now but im cutting my hair soon and itll be visible then.

Overplucked eyebrows

Decide this one on your own. You ask too many questions about your figure or your appearance. Just do something for you.
-
Let them grow back. If you keep plucking, they will stop growing back over time.

Let them grow back. If you keep plucking, they will stop growing back over time. Thought this was a myth?
-
No, it happened to my wife. They don't completely stop growing back, but the re-growth becomes patchy.
-
well, and i know my constant questions get annoying but this one really affects my confidence. i could get them waxed, and neatened, or leave them but theyll be bushy and patchy

Try to be confident with things the way they naturally are, Max, rather than thinking you have to change things to be attractive. It's part of your lack of confidence in yourself - a lack that isn't justified.

Plucking out a hair can damage or destroy its root. The more often it gets plucked, the greater the chance that there will be damage. (Some hair follicles are not so delicate, but I think eyebrow follicles are.)
-
No, it's very true. It's happened to me a little.
-
Well, I learned something new

i wouldnt pluck them, its to easy to carryed away doing that. i say get one of those eyebrower trimmer things. thats what i use now.

I think a good idea is to get them professionally plucked or waxed, then just pluck the re-growth hair by hair as it comes back. If you do them every few days when the hairs are tiny it reduces the stress to your skin. I've been doing mine for years and the re-growth has slowed a little, it's not patchy though.
