Hi all.I have been reading up on this site for a while now, i long time ago i was worried about little white bumps on the bottom of my penis (thanks to this forum i found out what it was) But lately i have noticed a larger red bump, different to a sebacious gland, and its more like a pimple. Is this just a sebacious gland that has been blocked? or is it an actual pimple?I also noticed i have lots of little bumps on the rim of my head, i have always thaught they were normal..sometimes they look a bit white when im soft, is it possible they are pearly penile papules? And often lately i have been getting sore testies, especially after i masterbate. I havent had growing pains in years, but i cant see or feel any lumps or anything and i just get a bit paranoid.Regards, Zoo

A few quick questions

The soreness after masterbation could be due to frequency or the type of orgasm you are having. Different people orgasm different ways at different times and so on. Some orgasm's I have are strong enough to cause cramps in my PC muscles so a soreness isn't exactly to far fetched.
The red thing is most likely a pimple or an ingrown hair. These are just the simplest guesses.
I don't have experiance with the papules so... hopefully someone else has an answer for that.

Welcome to AfraidToAsk, Zoo!As Kurushio said, the red bump is probably either an ingrown hair or an ordinary zit (which is an infected sebaceous gland). Those little bumps on the rim of your head do sound like pearly penile papules.I think if your testes just ache a bit after orgasm, but it goes away quickly, it's not a problem. It's an area that can get the occasional odd pain. Any strong pain there, though, should be treated very seriously.

Ah crap... I thaught the bumps on the rim of my penis (under the foreskin) Was normal, and that everyone had them?.
Is P.P.P suposed to hurt? Because these dont, not that i have noticed. -
No, they don't hurt.Lots of guys have PPP, they are quite normal, but the majority don't have them, or at least they are not easily visible.

can you get the same sort of thing on the mouth? Is through oral?
-
PPP aren't transmissible, if that's what you're thinking.
