Well i'm 15, almost 16 and I have a dad that wants me to become "really strong and biff". I don't like that thought, though I would like to have a clean body, that shows I do train a bit. I just wonderd if there is anything I could start with. The only thing I do right now is "unprofesional dancing" Ps: I can't access the site that the sticky says has some training tips..

Well dancing is good exercise, but what other things would you be interested in as well if you want to add to it? If you do any activity, do it for yourself though, not your dad. It's one thing for a parent to want their son to be healthy, but make it your own goal, not just his, and in the way that you want. If you don't want to lift weights, which is the best way to gain muscle, then what other activities do you like? Building big muscles isn't the only way of showing you do exercise, being slimmer and toned also looks good, but you have to do what interests you.
What are your goals? We need those first.

Like Robbob said, you need to know what you want to acheive. If you are looking at serious fitness, especially increasing muscle mass ur best going to a local gym and speaking to a fitness instructor as working out in the gym is the only real way of getting a muscly physique. With "unprofessional dancing", i take it you mean like social dancing with friends etc in a club or something similar.Dancing is good for you as you are working your body and stretching it. Do you enjoy it enough to take lessons in it and learn to become a proper dancer?
