As I have mentioned before, I have depression. However, it seems to be worsening recently, and I have started to have severe panick attacks. They are very difficult to describe, but it pretty much feels like stress is exploding out of me, and I can't do anything until I find some way to calm down and relax. Is this common when you have depression? Is there anything I can do to help it?

Most people with depression don't have panic attacks, but it's certainly possible to have both. Some antidepressant drugs can help with anxiety and panic as well.

Anxiety is a fear of a future event in which there may be a phobia involved. Panic attacks tend to occur as a build up of anxiety and the situation in front of you. What do you think the cause is, are there situations that make you more likely to have a panic attack? You want to find the route issue that causes panic attacks. Some interesting self help things to look into:Cognitive Behavoural Theorapy (CBT)Nero Linguistic Programming (NLP)I recomend the 'for dummies' books for these topics, i own both although ive only read about 25% of the CBT book i know it'll help you.
