I have a lot of zits on my penis further down towards my balls and I was wondering - how common is this???

How common is lots of zits on my penis???

It's certainly possible to have zits on your penis, though it's not nearly as common a place to get them as your face or neck. Having a lot there would be unusual. If you are keeping the area clean I suppose it's just how things are for you.

hm im not sure if it is a zit, its probably were your pubes are growin, they look like zits a bit, but not as red... can you take a pic but hide everything really, just the skin part so you can really tell what it is...
-
Dude. Nobody wants to see a picture of his pubes, nor is it necessary.

Another thing to think of is that it may be a MINOR STI called Molluscum. They are a viral infection, much like a zit (Except, viral, instead of bacteria) They tend to (obviously) look like a zit, but they don't go away on thier own in the same time frame as zits do. Molluscum go away if LEFT ALONE after a couple of months. They usually spread via body-to-body contact. And can spread around your body is you pop any of them. Inside the Molluscium, is a slighty hard, white, waxy core. Thankfully the treatments are easy as pie, including freezing (You won't notice) or de-coring (removing the white centre) and a slew of other ways to get things done. I know all of this because my GF gave me this delightful little infection Actually, she has them on her butt; however, I always figured they were just zits, then I got them on my stomach. Now she thinks they're gross (despite the fact she was my first sexual partner...so it would be impossible for it to be anyone else who gave it to me, lol)

pics arent always necessary, but sometimes its easier to actually "see" what the person is trying to explain, rather then trying to picture it in your own mind.
-
well... I've never had sex and so i can't be transmitted sexually - more of them have grown in recent days and it could be pubic hair growing more but I don't know why it would be spreading more lately. I would post a pic but I would feel kinda stupid.
-
It seems that molluscum can be spread non-sexually, including by sharing towels, so it may still be a possibility.

not sure if what i have is the same as you, but i've actually been to the doctors about something around the same as what you have described, mine seem to be at the bottom of a hair, and the doctor said they are completely normal and harmless, should go away on their own after time
