Mumps

The danger of infertility from mumps is often over-stated. 15-20% of cases of mumps in males after puberty lead to orchitis - inflammation of the testicles. If there is no orchitis there is no danger of infertility. Even if there is orchitis fertility is usually not affected, or is affected only temporarily. Permanent infertility is rare, though it is possible. To find out if you are fertile you'd need to get a semen test done.
