Hi im a 15yr old male. Ive noticed my stools arent really that big. Rather they are small (about 3 inches long and the thickness of an adults thumb) and I have about 7 of these. Once in awhile tho I have big normal stools. I asked the doc but he just told me to eat more fiber. Even when I eat oatmeal for breakfast, bread for lunch, rice for dinner I still have these stools sometimes. Does anyone know whats the problem? Thanks

Stools Question

Is it really a problem? If you are healthy I don't think you should worry. Most bread doesn't contain much fibre, and white rice has virtually none. If you want fibre in your diet, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit (not juice).

Well... it still not "normal" is it? And im not 100% sure.. but I think I eat almost about the same things my friend eats... and by accident ive seen 1 of his stools which were big + normal.
