For the past week or so i've been taking multi-vitamin tablets because i know that i don't get adiquate vitamins from my diet.
Are these mult-vitamins gonna make me feel better or what? I can't imagine how the'd make me feel different? Theres like 40 different things in the ones im taking and i just wanna know what the result of taking them will be. Theres the basic vitamins (A,B,C,D,etc) + loadsa weird ones i haven't heard of. There Sinatigen or whatever tablets.
