Whenever i'm at work or college I feel so uptight all the time and pressurized. This affects my ability to make mates as I stutter etc. when even talked to. As soon as I get home I feel like a different person completely, anyone got any tips on loosening up? Cheers

i have the same problem with the kids at my school. what i do is usually i take deep breaths, and exercise before and after school because you have to find away to calm yourself. you just need to be able to calm yourself down, and think before you speak (helps the stuttering)

Good advice everyone. First off let me ask you do you have low self esteem? That sometimes can make people nervous or shy. If you feel good about who you are inside and out then you should do fine.
