Ok Last week i was using Moxema (Type of cream to use to get rid of pimples) and i put that on my chest and i believe it was only for two days, but the second day i put more on than the previous day. Then the next day I got this chest pain that felt like tightness in my chest. It kinda persisted throughout the day and i still have it right now.
I wasnt sure what it was so when i went out to eat i got french fries and i ate a lot of them and the pain got really bad. So im really scared because i am only 17 years old and i dont think i should be getting this chest pain. I thought it could have been moxema but there are no warnings on the container. And another thing is i do eat a LOT of fast food and fried food. Do you think I will be ok? i have stopped eating fried food as of now and i havent had it as bad but im really hoping it will go away soon. The pain is mostly on my left side, but some times it goes to the right side and to my upper stomache. I dont have any problems sleeping and when i drink Milk, it seems to get better. Any advice? or more questions? Cause im kinda scared... should i be?

You mean Noxema acne pads? I thought the cream was just a moisturizing skin cream. It sounds like you might have a stomach problem, like acid reflux (heartburn). I'd guess an ulcer is possibility, but if that were the case, your stomach should feel better after eating. You may also have been overwhelming your digestive system with all that greasy food -- your digestive system is not a garbage can.Does taking an antacid, like Tums, help the pain?

I'd agree with Steve, it's probably some upper gastric issue, probably mild at that like simple heartburn. Also the fumes from the Noxema on your chest could have tightened your air passages a bit as well. If the problem persists, note exactly what you feel, what you ate, and other things you did and tell your doctor. And stop eating the crap. Go watch Super Size Me
